Hotel Cancellation


Cancellations received after the deposit is received will be subject to a $75.00/person handling fee. Cancellations received after December 1, 2017 will lose $100/person in addition to any monies not recoverable from suppliers of these services (i.e hotel cost is not refundable after December 1, 2017).



The Yampa Valley Airport (HDN) is just 22 miles from the Steamboat Ski Resort.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is an easy three-hour drive southeast from the Steamboat Ski Resort.



Getting to the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel couldn’t be easier! Private shuttles, as well as rental cars, are available as transportation options from the airport. To get around town, Steamboat offers a free transit system.
